Pop Hits Monthly just released a New song from this group which is hard to believe.....what a waste of space...in the 10 yrs Ive been kjing I dont think Ive ever heard one of their songs sung..I just think PHM ought to do a better job of keep up with the current charts instead of doing songs from HAS BEEN groups...oh well...got that out of my system...

With all due respect GeminiMALE40, I would hardly call a band that is STILL together and touring non-stop for more than 4 decades a "HAS BEEN" group. Granted, their new album is the first to be released in quite some time, but a lot of bands have taken a break from recording for several years at a time. As for no one ever singing one of their songs at your shows, that may be a matter of geographical and age related demographics. I personally sing Fantasy, Boogie Wonderland and Got To Get You Into My Life. Just last week at my Friday show a 20 something year old guy sang September, and brought the house down. It was awesome! Sometimes ya' just never know.....

I've seen several different dudes singing September, win a karaoke contest on about a half dozen occasions over the years. |

And I've never heard anyone EVER sing any songs from GREASE 2 but that didn't stop Gemini from requesting that they be made. No one should ever call into question anyone else's musical preferences. There are thousands of songs that I would consider filler onn many karaoke discs but I'm surte they all may have been sung ONCE, maybe? |

I occasionally sing Fantasy, and I have patrons that sing September and Groove Tonight. To each their own. |

Actually had someone request the new EW&F song the other night. I didn't have it yet, but do now. Far from 'has been'. |

IMO..I feel the new monthly releases should be used for new songs on the charts.. |
