AS you have probably noticed by now - we had some major issues over the past week and a half. The server hard drive crashed taking all content and settings with it. The data center installed a new hard drive. However, we had to send the hard drive out to a company that specializes in data retrieval! This took several days to acquire all the data from the damaged hard drive. Then the data center had to restore all recovered data to the new hard drive then we had to reestablish the proper settings in order for the files to properly functon. While we apologize for the inconvenience this was completely beyond anyones control. Unfortunately, there is no way to know when a hard drive will crash. We are hopeful that it will continue to function properly. Please advise if you notice any issues. Thank you |
