Hi, A friend of mine tried to create a new account but did not receive the activation email. Therefore she just gets a message that says the account is not active when trying to log in. She tried to use the "Contact Us" link but had no reply to that. I also tried to notify of the problem using that link and received no reply. The new account name is Ms Alberta. Any assistance would be appreciated. Cheers, Murray |

I attempted to locate the account so that i could manually activate. Ms Alberta "Sorry, but that user does not exist." Send me an email with the username and email address of teh member. |
