I definitely don't have time to run a bar. I think there's a better chance of a future "Alan B's Bar & Grille". Has a nice ring to it. There's definitely going to be pent up demand for bars and restaurants this spring. So many closed, there aren't enough seats for the predicted demand. You watch. I bet a lot of people are going to regret not opening a new place before summer because there will probably be lines around the block at the remaining places. |
