Hi Folks...Here's a song many of you may be familiar with from the early 70's..such a pretty song by the Carpenters, I Immediately took a liking to it, very uplifting and after hearing Connie's Gorgeous Christmas song, I thought I'd share another Capenter's tune..recorded this one about 3 weeks ago, and was my first time attempting any songs by The Carpenters..hope to learn some more in the future...Thanks so much for your listens:) |

This was a fantastic performance Sharona! Very beautiful vocal mix too. DId you happen to catch the movie about Karen Carpenter a few weeks back? It was very intriguing but also such a sad story about her anorexia and her life. I didn't know this before watching the movie but she actually started out as the drummer for the band while doing the vocals. It was funny watching her pound on the drums while doing these beautiful vocal melodies! lol Once again Sharona Wonderful job on this I enjoyed it very much! CHeers, Jamie. :) |

One of my favorite Carpenters songs...You've done a great job on this Sharon..Not an imitation of Karen Carpenter, but a beautiful version in your own beautiful style..truly enjoyed listening.....Dave |
