This is an old stand-by of mine that I sing live when I can’t think of anything else to sing that particular night. I never was real familiar with it when it was popular, but back when I only had a handful of karaoke discs, I remember seeing this one and thinking “hmm, I wonder how that goes?” So I found the original and then recalled that I had heard it on the movie ‘Romy & Michele’s High School Reunion’. I thought it was a fun song to attempt, with all the different riffs and pitch variations. It went over well the first time I sang it at karaoke, even though I didn’t think it sounded so hot that night LOL. I tried recording this about a year ago, back when I first started trying to learn how to record. I didn’t like it, and never tried it again… until last night. Eh, still not all that thrilled with it but just felt like giving it a shot again. And it’s still fun to sing. So thanks for listening :) |

Reply: Hey there, Elisha! I never hear this song anymore either, which is why I always like to pull it out live because where I go for karaoke they don't have the backing for it. Reply: Wow, thanks Suzanne! I never was real familiar with their music when they were more popular as I was much younger then and I didn't listen to this type of music back then. But as I've gotten older, I've come to really appreciate their style. Thanks for stopping in for a listen and leaving such a nice comment! :) |

Reply: I love to sing this one live... it's really easy for me to get lost in it for some reason. Probably why I keep it on standby a lot when I go out just in case I can't find anything else to do that night. That's really one heck of a compliment, y'know jvj.
