I'm not familiar with the Don Mclean version, but I am with Clay's version (my kids play it) I think you did an awesome job here. You have a terrific voice, and you did show great emotion in your voice. (I like the vibrato too, it works on this song) Great sub, don't know if I've heard you before, but I'd sure like to hear more too. ~Blue |

you sound a bit like Clay.. when he did this song on American Idol...he was not happy with it initially.. but I'm glad that he did it and I'm glad that you shared it here with us!! : ) |

This must be the first time I listen to your singing here. This is a song I love very much, I sing it a few time in karaoke, your singing of tthis song have a lot of emotion in it and this make the song stand up . Great job there man me Jian The Badsinger |
