While I was not around I missed my dear Friend Don Janson's birthday. It has been more than two years since his departure and I still find myself missing him everyday. He was a fun and forever friend who was always there when I needed him. To talk, to sing a duet, to watch a movie together online. Although we were 4,000 miles apart we were the best of friends. When he asked me to sing this with him I was a bit leary of it, he wanted to add a saxophone solo in the middle, but after I adlibbed a little he couldn't resist adlibbing more. He was such a competitive GIT! We spent a lot of time one upping each other on duets. LOL! Alas the Saxophone solo was forgotten in lieu of Don skatting!! This one is for you Sweet Don, wherever you are, please know I miss ya more than ever. I know most have you have heard this one before, but it was long ago that I subbed it, I figured there must be one person who has missed it. LOL! Thank you all for listening. Love yas!! Hi Pam..You already know what I think of the match between you and Sir Don. Yes, worthy of a repost.. You 2 make me like this song which I usually by bypass.So much personality between the 2 of you not only like you're singing but speaking in the same room. A perfect mix too.
