Hi Rik... Don't ya just love when someone say's 'you can't?'..Some of our best work can come from that.. and not only you 'could' and 'did' right on target.. every high I heard was on the mark.. I have to differ with you in you thinking it's far from your best.. To me it is one of your best and the frosting on the cake is that you succeeded on a 'learning curve' song.. I hope you played this for the nay sayer.. Be proud, be very proud.. No bs
Reply: Hi Joyce, oh boy howdy do I ever love those "you can't do it's" My original intention was to redo this tune to suit my voice, kind of like my Ooh! Baby! Baby! upload and while working on that a "friend" was over and stated my remake was because the original was to much for me. Game On! lol. Hi Suzanne.. Though I was never a fan of this song, listening to this, I think you've done a terrific job singing it and it's one of your best. You've made it your own and I mean that in a positive way. Fine use of dynamics, especially on the last verse..Cheers, Joyce
