I wasted no time catching up with this, so I can assure you that you'll have an extra listen there, Andy! You kept us waiting a few months, but I am glad that I didn't have to carry out my threat (to twist your arm to sub one!!) -- good thing too 'coz SJ knows a few more forms of MA's than I do!
