Do your tracks consist of music that was played by individual studio musicians (a real band using real instruments) or is it created by an individual using a keyboard to create the various instruments?

Now I certainly don't mean any disrespect and I've bought some of your tracks but to me, the music doesn't sound real especially when comparing the same song to other brands that did the same track. Sounds more like midi files.

So, do you have someone sitting at home in their DAW creating the music with their keyboard? Is that why your downloads are cheaper than everybody else, because you're not paying for studio musicians?

At this time, you are one of the only legal download sites for karaoke in the U.S. I would like to see you succeed. But to do so, your tracks need to be of the same quality as SBI, Sunfly, KV, and other download sites that are available to us.

When looking for a new track, most of us will play the sample from the different sites and then choose the best version that sounds closest to the original recording.

I hope you can address the music quality issue I've raised. I would rather pay $3 per download instead of the $2 that you're charging now to get songs with the SC/Chartbuster quality.

Yes, we use real musicians and the feedback we get has been resoundingly positive. But remember that we also have thousands of songs in our library that were produced by Pocketsongs. Like many manufacturers, they excelled in some genres and were weaker in others. Tracks beginning with 10000 are from the PS library and any from 00001 to 99999 is our production.

We make a 30-second sample available so that you can hear what you are buying beforehand specifically because of this situation.

Good to know, although I see KN is now also prefixing your songs numbers with PS for Pocket Songs and PY for Party Tyme, making it even easier on us with terrible short-term memory

Really, that's extremely helpful. One of my regulars just Sunday really, really wanted not just a song I didn't have, but the PS version specifically, and bingo you had it for me.

I've only grabbed a few of your newly produced tracks so far, but the production standards are indeed very high, and they sound just awesome -- thanks on both counts.

Actually, we use PY for cdg versions and PH for the HD version. We do not use any PS codes.

Oops! Sorry. Somehow my brain translated PH to Pocket Songs. Then again my wife has told me to get my eyes checked - LOL. In any event you had the version I was looking for  Thanks!
