If i just have to buy speakers for this system so i can be able to turn it around facing me and putting cds in that way and having speakers play the music..i hate having to walk around in front and inserting tv. Thanks

Not much you can do with speakers alone with that one, but you could save your money on the player that you outlined in the other thread & use this as it does have audio outputs which you could hook into a PA system.

yea that's what I want to do...

I would love to still keep this system but instead of music coming from the system, I wanted to connect it to external speakers...i noticed that the system only takes the yellow/white/red component cords. None of those wires you slip in.

Just dunno if that machine will have enough power to spit it out of big speakers. hmm

No it wouldn't. You would need a separate PA in order to do that, but like I said you can still use that player & save your money from getting the CAVS you were looking at & put that into the PA budget.
