Since several have asked, we now have the formal details and documents about the GEM Series Protection Plan up on the Phoenix website, which I am apparently not supposed to link to.
One way to get to the site is to think of the name of a prominent brand of karaoke tracks with the initials SC, add the most commonly used TLD extension to it, and put it into a browser window. The internet will magically get you to the right spot.
Where we discuss how to license the GEM Series, you'll see the information.
We are still working on getting the certification program up and running on that same site, but it's slow going. We'll announce it somehow when we get there.
