As part of the license agreement with regards to the Gem series, sound choice provides stickers for you to display to show that you are legal. So, what about all of us who have purchased SC discs?

Some of us, for whatever reason, may have no interest in purchasing the Gem series and are just as much legal as someone who has.

For example, I own both Foundation sets and many single Spotlight discs as well. I think that SC should offer the sticker to those of us who have purchased these discs as well. What is the difference if we purchased the MP3+G's of the Gem set or bought the real discs? We still legally purchased our Sound Choice music. So I think that SC should offer us the same benifits as well and provide the stickers for us to show that we are legal as well.

If you're using original discs, no sticker would be required. They didn't take a trip through cyberspace and thus lies the crux of the problem. With the stickers sent to you, it appears they are in fact assisting you in the legality department.

The stickers do nothing for you in the legality department.
Maybe in in the decorating department it will help you, but certainly not in the legality department.

I have to agree.

No I don't.
Design and print your own stickers.
They will be just as legal.

Then maybe you should design some pretty stickers.

The stickers are for GEM discs. If you own no GEM discs, you need no stickers.

The stickers only show that I am a GEM licensee which, in my humble opinion, would only serve to prevent an SC investigator from wasting his time in any of my venues.

We are still disc at the moment but we registered and got a Safe Harbor number. I guess at some time they may ask to see our discs. But the number would be your equivalent of the stickers.
