ok so how come when I went into the chat room, the number of users (on the bottom of the forum page) still said 0?
Nobody's gonna come and play with me if it still says 0!!

Ok, complaints.. the refresh rate? horribly irritating. IT also only allows for 18 lines of dialoge to be displayed, etc etc... are any of these things adjustable? Perhaps allow the user to designate their own refresh rate, or how many messages are shown? etc etc. Oh, and crystal, There WERE a couple of us there.. but, we all left. I talk too much:) |

Okay Okay - I know that it is adjustable... Let me just figure it all out! Just wanted to get it up for testing purposes - I'll clean and fix it over the next few days... Gosh, we are just so demanding

Phill, if you couldn't read or respond to me, or vice versa, it's not your site's fault, but MY site's... I'm amazed I was actually able to get into it! They block most chat type stuff. Even some bboards I've gone to are filtered thru that "websense" software! Looks good so far! No place to go but up! |

To those who lost sleep last night wondering: "What does Steven Kaplan think of the new chatroom so-far?" Well... I've been in that new chatroom yacking up a storm. Occassionally someone else comes along and disrupts my chain of thought. Yet I was just saying to myself this morning. When I'm entering a sentence, I have to reenter my cursor on the send line several times per sentence, to continue typing. I have yet to complete a sentence without having the cursor stop working a few times. Not sure why that is. Anyway, It's nice to have a place where I can chat. Will be nice when others discover it too. (Now back to the philosphical chat I was having) |

I added a feature called Prillian. This is an Instant message System that I want to add to the Singers Showcase as well. I need to clean it up but it is a start... Let me know your thoughts on the Chatroom - too Steven - I was wondering why I didn't sleep well last night. |

PHILL!! Twice today it said that I have a new IM, so I clicked on it... and I came to some list, which i can only assume is my buddy list.... but there's ppl on that list that I didn't add.... and I can't find the fricken messages I've been sent. I clicked on the little arrow-cirlcy thing at the top, and nuthin happened.... WTF? and how come some ppl's names are different colors? they mods? signed, confused in canada |
