Post subject:  New photo
People, I can't seem to get my profile photo in my profile. Is my pic too big ? Does it have to be verified like many other sites ? I tried to fill out the information as best I could, still no photo (DAH) !

A quick tip will do, thanx !

The image too large maybe? Your image must conform within the limits indicated, I think no more than 120 x 120 pixels & less than 10kb size (not sure).

Try that first and if you’re not having any luck email phill cross, our webmaster/host provider: webmaster@karaokescene.com He posted here (can’t find the thread) he’ll help members upload - send him an image as attachment.

Ok. I tried paint and other photo resizing programs and no luck. The perfect sizing of a photo makes it very difficult. Anyone know just how to apply this effect to work just right ?

I did try a number of times. Thanks in advance.

I don’t know what program you’re using. I have Microsoft Publisher, I right-click on the photo, click ‘format picture’, select ‘compress’ then ok. There’s a slight degradation pic quality but hardly noticeable.

Open your photo in MS Paint > then resize to 100x100 > then save a jpg > done.
