Sadly, the listing are updated by the clubs..
So, if things change, the club should update the data.

I've noticed that there are considerable errors (i.e. out-dated, wrong dates) in the club listings. Can they please be updated more frequently? I have notified you when I know of errors to help. Also can you please return listings of clubs by days they have karaoke as well as by location? Perhaps alternate each issue so one can have accurate listing by days AND location. I, for one, would keep last two downloaded issues on my iPod touch at all times so I would have a reference source with me with choice available to pick by location or by date. ThankZ for listening. Also, in the Club Directory these are submitted by members. If you know of updates you can submit them and they will be updated - plus if you know of venues not listed you may add those! |

Phil I thought you were going to try to set it up that anything over 90 days would auto delete, but a few days prior to that, an email would go to the submitter letting them know their listing would expire and delete & would need to be relisted. This would definitely keep the out of date club listings in check a little more. |

You know I started working on that and somehow got sidetracked... I'll definitely look into working on that again. Any additional suggestions on improving the Club Directory or KJ Directory? |
