Unfortunately, they didn't provide a return email address so I figured I post & reply to it here:
1) how to post -Well this is done by reading a forum. Then you can select a topic to read or you can start your own topic by clicking the button "New Topic" at the top of the page. If you decide to read a topic and wish to reply to it click the button "post reply" at the top & bottom of the page.
2) what to post -Well, that I will leave completely up to you. However, I do suggest that you read the Forum rules.
3) when to post -There again I will leave that up to you. I would suggest the sooner the better if you are posting a new thread I would suggest that especially if you are seeking an answer.
4) why to post -Well this is an odd one - I would suggest that you post an Introduction first. Letting people know who you are, why you are here and what you are looking for. This will help provide the members with a bit of information about you and who you are.
5) where to post -This one was left out, but it may just as important as the above. There are several sections of the forums - each has a distinctive purpose. As you read the posts within each section you will start to get a better idea of the layout.
I hope that this was helpful and that all members can get an idea from it. If anyone can provide further feedback that would be useful also.
