How come none of the newer people can access the KJ Forum? I've been around for a little while now and still can't access it.

I believe you have to request it from the Mod. Lonman is the Mod for that I think.

KJ Forum is a usergroup you must request to join - always been that way. In the user control panel, click on user groups & follow instructions.
