How about a custom disc with songs that you want that's legal?

Here's a few more sites that you can purchase custom made (legal) discs:

expresskaraoke.com can also do the custom thing.

i recently noticed doowop.com had some cdg "singles" listed. i don't recall coming across that before. they appear to be from top tunes and go for $5.99 (and no shipping charges). a nice deal if they have what you're looking for in that you don't have a minimum quantity like you'll find with the convention custom discs. look at the bottom of this page: http://www.doowop.com/new.html

pop hits monthly also does the custom thing (order over the phone). $5/each with only a 5 song minimum. see stellarrecords.com

You can go to toptuneskaraoke.com and buy directly for $4.99. A local KJ here recently had them make him 2 singles that havent been released yet on regular cd's one of them is the new song by Toby Keith "I love this bar" release is supposed to be in november. I guess it's sing it before you can buy it right!

Hey, Molitoth!
Did you also pay for the rights to create your own karaoke tracks!
Songwriters deserve to be paid for their efforts!

Thanks for putting the Legal answers down guys. I almost came in swingin!!

Soundchoice.com also has a custom cdg site, but beware of the 'black disc"... it won't play in some DVD karaoke players... and unfortunately, that's what most of the home market tends to be!!! :O
