I hope their version of Hard to handle is better than Sunfly's pitiful attempt.
Not that I need it, I have the Sing To The World version and it's excellent! Karaoke-Version's is good too, save for a few lyrical errors.

Not only that but SBI's customer service is excellent. A couple of times I chose the wrong format by mistake and they were quick to give me the right tracks. All in all they are a class act and their versions are very high quality.

i have to say the same for karaoke cloud as well.
i bought "end of the world as we know it" and the swipes were horrendous.
the next day they emailed me saying it had been fixed and i could download it right away.
