I've tried numerous emails to no avail to get tricerasoft to refund my 90 something credits I had left when they quit selling to the USA. Did anyone else have this problem ?

They refunded 32 credits for me about two hours after I emailed them.

A hint of tricera closure were circulating here at that time. I had 135 credits & just downloaded tracks like crazy. They closed shop with 48 credits remaining. Emailed them & I got my refund for 48 credits within 3 hrs.

I only had 1 credit left not too worried about it.
If they wont refund you just use a vpn and download what you have left.
