UUUUGH I have the compuhost V3 and I can't seem to get my CompuHost Songbook Creator Addon to work or even pop up in the tools/addons tab.. someone please tell me what to do because I just spent $50 so I can make a song book easily and I can't seem to get it to come up in my compuhost V3 even after I typed in the activation code and it said ti was successfully activated.

I had a similar problem before with the Kiosk add-on. Your best bet, and that was what I ended up doing, is to open a trouble ticket via their support website. They can walk you through. In my case I had to delete one file from the Compuhost program folder which was a leftover from an earlier version install. Good luck! :)

I know it may seem silly, but did you actually install the add-on?

The add-on feature needs to be installed before you activate it in CH.

With 35 years in IT dealing with users, I can assure you there is no such thing as a silly question.

And the problem is usually the nut behind the screen.
