Cue,

Any particular reason you aren't willing or able to share exactly how you got through the audit here?
Actually, I did share that information in one of my earlier posts (October 21,2013 at 12:17 PM).

I have 164 SC CDGs, so I meet the 150 minimum requirement. My problem may arise over the fact that I am a DB KJ, and thus I am 1:None.

I decided to make the call to SC today, and I spoke with a Sales Rep named Brian. He was totally aware of the offer, and we spoke. I explained that I do not run a show with the use of a Computer, and that I only use CDGs. Brian then told me to supply him with the following in an e-mail:
1. A picture of me running a show at a public venue.
2. A picture of my CDG player.
3. Pictures of my SC CDGs.

...

...There was a little bit more to our conversation, but nothing really worth getting into detail about. I sent the information that Brian requested, and now I will wait and see what becomes of it.

Oh, I saw that. Thought there may have been something different that you were sharing with Joe through a PM. Thanks.

another update:

we'll I was scheduled for my audit on Friday jan 31st, got an email today that they needed to re-schedule it, they didn't really give a reason.

gee next Friday on my birthday. just what I want to do on my birthday.

so we'll see, guess if I was actually a paying customer it would be faster.

it's been so long I can't remember when I started the process, back in mid october it think?

so just did my audit today, went pretty smooth other then computer issues.
lagging!!!!! with all the software running.

went through some discs and verified some individual songs and had to wait
for their software to finish running.

2hrs 20min from start to finish.

brian said he had to do some verification on his end and didn't thing there would
be any problems with the audit.

say if all goes well I'll be on the soundchoice site next week or so.

all in all it was a great and easy process to do.

thanks to chris avis and soundchoice.

now i'm just waiting for certificates to come in the mail and then i'm done.

everything went well and pretty smooth. Overall i'm pretty impressed with the audit
procedure and everthing else that was involved.
