No matter what you use, only center panned vocals can be removed/reduced. That means they are equally loud in both the right and left channels, making them sound in the center of the stereo sound field.
Keep in mind, most vocals have reverb added, which cannot be removed by current tools, even Vogone 2.
Please don't think that all the vocals from all songs can be eliminated, or even reduced. It is on an individual song basis, depending on what the recording studio engineer did to mix the vocals into the music.
Like many things in life, there are tradeoffs.
